Overview: The POS system will be accessible globally in every country where the app is launched and in each store operating within those countries. It will be centrally managed by the main admin through the main dashboard, providing full visibility and control over all sales transactions across all stores.
From the main dashboard, the admin will be able to filter and analyze sales by country, region, or individual store, and generate detailed reports covering performance metrics, transaction summaries, and sales insights. The system will also allow tracking of inventory levels and monitoring of staff performance across all locations.
Each local store will have its own POS dashboard, enabling store managers to handle day-to-day operations, manage products and inventory, apply store-specific rules, and oversee their team’s activities according to the store’s operational requirements.
